Preventing parties is a top priority at ALP Housing, and we have proactive measures in place to ensure such situations are avoided. All of our properties are equipped with noise monitoring devices that track indoor decibel levels. If elevated noise levels are detected, our team is promptly dispatched to the property to address the issue and, if necessary, ask the guest to vacate. While such incidents are rare, we take full responsibility for any damages and cover all associated costs.

No, rent is paid in full each month. In return for the responsibilities we manage and the investment we make in furnishing the property, we retain the remaining portion of what guests pay to book their stays.

Guest stays typically range from five days to several months, depending on the time of year. Many of our corporate clients seek accommodations for periods of one to two months.

With your permission, we install exterior cameras on the property to prevent unauthorized access.

All guests are thoroughly screened using background checks conducted by the platforms through which our properties are listed. Additionally, guests are required to provide a written explanation of the purpose of their stay, which is taken into consideration during the evaluation process.
